1. The charges in the quote are tentative. If any of the items are added or minus apart from the quote during pickup then the charges will also vary and we will update the revised charges in the dashboard as per the final list of items that we receive.
2. We do not store food, groceries, liquids, detergents, ornaments, cosmetics.
3. The transportation charges includes packing with packing materials, labor and vehicle.
4. Insurance is covered for fire accidents, theft and natural calamities. Mentioned detailed in the quote.
5. You can block the slot by paying mentioned token advance and you can pay the rest of the amount after pickup is completed.
6. We will share the pickup confirmation mail along with the login details to the dashboard after booking the slot. Dashboard will be the communication platform throughout the period of storage.
7. Our transportation team will let you know the timeslot one day before to the pickup date.
8. Uninstall the TV and AC if wall-mounted and disconnect the water connection for washing machine before the pickup team come. Keep the fridge unplugged for 24hours before the pickup date.
Our team will dismantle the things which is only related to normal nut & bolt items.
9. At the time of retrieval (taking back the items from storage), you need to book the retrieval slot as per the dates availability from dashboard at least 4-5 days in prior.

Delivery charges will be applicable at the time of retrieval. The charges will be determined based on factors such as the location of retrieval, the list of items being collected, and the availability of floors and lifts.
11. We would like to inform you that if you opt for self-transportation to retrieve your items, there will be mandatory handing over charges based on the volume of goods provided. These charges are applicable to facilitate the smooth retrieval process and to ensure that your items are handed over securely and in an organized manner.
12. STORAGE FACILITY: We shall store your household goods in our warehouse, for which you shall make regular monthly payments.
13. PAYMENT TERMS: In case of non-payment of monthly storage charges for more than 90 days, we reserve the right to sell your goods to recover our dues.
14. NOTICE PERIOD: Before taking any action, we shall notify you via phone and/or notice at the address provided by you. If we are unable to contact you, we shall send a notice to the address provided.
15. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: You shall be solely responsible for your goods stored in our warehouse. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused to your goods due to your failure to pay storage charges or respond to our notices.
